When we think about fertility, we often think babies! But what if I told you fertility is about more than that!? Don’t get me wrong, creating a tiny human from scratch is a BIG deal. But our fertility or reproductive function is also a window into our overall health.

We often don’t pay attention to our health until something has gone wrong or isn’t working as it “should”.


Fertility is a measure of how our bodies are digesting food, using nutrients, detoxing, and balancing hormones. As women, we can use changes in our monthly cycle as insight into what is happening with our health.

A few things our cycle can reveal about our health:
